Sajilo Perks is a platform that facilitates the creation, purchase, gifting, and redemption of vouchers between merchants, influencers, and recipients. The Platform acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by merchants.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Merchant Terms

Merchants agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and verification documents
• Honor all vouchers sold through the Platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the quality of goods/services advertised

5. Influencer Terms

Influencers agree to:

• Use vouchers only for legitimate giveaway campaigns
• Comply with platform rules and guidelines
• Not engage in fraudulent activities
• Respect merchant terms and conditions

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways (eSewa, IPS). Commission fees are deducted from voucher sales. Refund policies are determined by individual merchants and must be clearly stated in voucher terms.

7. Voucher Redemption

Vouchers are valid until the expiration date stated. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Redemption is subject to merchant availability and terms.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Manipulate voucher sales or redemptions
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with Platform operations

9. Limitation of Liability

Sajilo Perks acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of merchant goods/services. We are not liable for any disputes between merchants, influencers, and recipients.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
