How does it work?
Merchants create vouchers on the platform. Influencers browse and purchase these vouchers, then gift them to their fans via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS. Fans redeem vouchers at merchant locations.
Is Sajilo Perks free to use?
Yes, signing up and using the platform is free. Merchants pay a commission only when vouchers are sold. Influencers pay for vouchers they purchase.
For Influencers
How do I start gifting vouchers?
Sign up as an influencer, browse the marketplace, purchase vouchers, and use our Chrome extension to pick winners from your YouTube/TikTok comments. Then gift vouchers to winners via your preferred method.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support eSewa and IPS (Instant Payment System) for payments in Nepal.
Can I track my campaigns?
Yes! Your dashboard provides comprehensive analytics including redemption rates, campaign performance, and spending trends.
How do I use the Chrome extension?
Install our Chrome extension, navigate to a YouTube or TikTok video, and use the extension to randomly select comment winners. Then choose vouchers to gift and send them directly.
For Merchants
How do I become a merchant?
Sign up, complete your merchant profile, upload verification documents (PAN/VAT), and wait for admin approval (usually 24-48 hours).
What commission do you charge?
Our default commission is 10%, but this can vary by category. Commission rates are transparent and shown before voucher creation.
How do I create vouchers?
Once verified, go to your merchant dashboard, click 'Create Voucher', choose a template or create custom, fill in details, and submit for approval.
When do I receive payment?
Payment is processed after vouchers are redeemed. You'll receive your share (after commission) directly to your registered account.
For Fans/Recipients
Do I need to create an account?
No! You can receive and redeem vouchers without creating an account. Just use the voucher code or QR code provided.
How do I redeem a voucher?
Click the link in your voucher message, enter your details, and show the QR code or voucher code at the merchant location.
What if my voucher expires?
Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed. Please check the validity period before redeeming. Contact support if you have questions.
Can I transfer my voucher to someone else?
Vouchers are non-transferable and tied to the recipient. They can only be redeemed by the person who received the voucher.
