At Sajilo Perks, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for all our users. Generally, all sales of digital vouchers are final and non-refundable once purchased. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur where a merchant cannot fulfill their service.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- 1Expired VouchersVouchers that have passed their validity date cannot be refunded, extended, or exchanged under any circumstances. It is the user's responsibility to redeem vouchers before they expire.
- 2Change of MindWe do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase or decide not to use a voucher.
- 3Partially Used VouchersVouchers that have been partially redeemed or used are not eligible for any refund.
When is a Refund Applicable?
A refund may be considered only under the following specific condition:
Merchant Failure to Service
If the merchant is permanently closed, refuses to honor a valid voucher, or cannot provide the specific service/product described in the voucher due to their own fault or inability.
Note: In such cases, please contact our support team immediately. Verification with the merchant will be required before processing any refund.
